Ca Na Magdalena
Typical Mallorca fisherman house located only a few steps from the sandy beach of Puerto Pollensa.
Villa Magdalena has been rebuilt and rented for the first time in June 2019. It is located on a pedestrian street just in front of La Goleta Hotel de Mar and it is only separated from the sea by the Puerto Pollensa sea boulevard. Even if it is one of the most appreciated places in Mallorca, Puerto Pollensa keeps its essence and is a guarantee of calmness.
The house is divided in 2 floors, being on the ground floor the main room with living-dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a small bathroom, ideal after a day at the beach. On the first floor, there are two bedrooms (1 double bedded, 1 twin bedded) with their own bathrooms and a nice covered terrace with dining area.
Ca Na Magdalena can accommodate a maximum of 4 people and all rooms are air-conditioned. The house is totally equipped to make you enjoy a memorable holiday with family or friends in a place that will surprise you for its stunning natural landscapes and its wide touristic offer. Beach towels and umbrellas are provided, no excuses for having fun on the beaches of our area.

CA’N SUREDA
Located in a peaceful vineyard area at only 5min from Pollensa town by car, find our superb Villa Ca’n Sureda. Built in early 2000, this house has all you need in order to spend a comfortable holiday. Here you can unwind and enjoy the benefits of the Mallorcan countryside with beautiful mountain views of Serra de Tramuntana.
Ca’n Sureda can accommodate a maximum of 8 people and offers a ground floor with a spacious living-dining area, beautiful fully equipped kitchen, a double bedded room and a complete bathroom. On the top floor you will find the other 3 bedrooms (1 double bedded and 2 twin bedded), 2 complete bathrooms and a terrace.
But we are sure the outdoor is what you will enjoy the most. Surrounding the impressive swimming pool you have 2 porches and a colourful garden. The porch of the house has a dining area, sofa area and complete bathroom. You have at your disposal a second porch with dining area, barbecue and ping pong table. The swimming pool is equipped with sunbeds, umbrellas and towels.

VILLA LLENAIRE
If you are a lover of the sun and the beach, and what you are looking for is a private villa on the sea and with a splendid view of the Mediterranean, this house in Puerto Pollensa will be your preferred choice for your next holiday in Mallorca.
Villa Llenaire can accommodate a maximum of 8 people and it is divided in 2 floors. On the top floor, you will find the living room, the dining room and the beautiful terrace with impressive views of Pollensa Bay, and also the fully equipped kitchen. On the ground floor the 4 bedrooms (3 double bedded, and 1 twin bedded), 3 bathrooms and the laundry.
The swimming pool area on the backyard is equipped with sunbeds and towels, outdoor bathroom, and it is fenced which makes it perfect for children. Ping pong table and barbecue are also available.

CA’N LLUÍS
This modern villa is for a maximum of 4 people and it is located in a quiet and private setting between Pollensa Town and Pollensa Bay. A variety of plants and flowers dominate this large property and make it to your own personal place of paradise. You are welcome to pick the fruits and vegetables from the garden.
It is the perfect place for families with children because the pool is fenced, and totally private. Villa Ca’n Lluís offers 2 double bedrooms (1 double bedded and 1 twin bedded), 2 bathrooms, a sitting-dining room and a modern open kitchen. The outdoor life you can enjoy the swimming pool surrounded by grass equipped with towels, sunbeds and umbrella. Also relax on the covered terrace with sofa and dining areas, and a barbeque.
The beaches of Puerto Pollensa or Alcudia can easily reached by car in about 5 minutes. The next supermarkets, restaurants and shops are in Puerto Pollensa or Pollensa.
